What is the Warranty on Autolite Spark Plugs?

Autolite limited warranties by product:

Autolite Iridium XP spark plugs are warranted to the original purchaser for the lifetime of the vehicle engine against plug failure due to electrode erosion or defects in materials and workmanship. Autolite will, at its option, replace or refund the purchase price of the failed spark plugs.

Autolite Double Platinum spark plugs are warranted to the purchaser for the period of five years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. 

Autolite Platinum spark plugs are warranted to the purchaser for the period of four years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

Autolite Standard Copper spark plugs are warranted to the purchaser for the period of two years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Claims

If your plugs were purchased from the SparkPlugs.com Family (SparkPlugs.com or AutoliteSparkPlugs.com), simply contact customer service at 888-800-9629 or cust@sparkplugs.com for a speedy resolution.

If your plugs were purchased elsewhere, Call Autolite at 1-888-293-5839 to make a claim under warranty. Dated proof of purchase is required to process your claim.
